You can enjoy the nice view of the quiet inner garden from the apartment. The apartment is located in a newly built house, in Corvin Promenade, which has won several architectural awards (International Property Award, Urban Land Institute 2014 Global Awards for Excellence). The apartment is fully equipped. It is especially ideal for foreign workers. They can move in and they can already live their usual everyday life. Orderly people preferred! As owner, landlord and maintainer at the same time we guarantee: - nice view of the inner garden from the balcony of the apartment on the 4th floor, - fully furnished and equipped apartment (air conditioning, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bed linen, towels...), - you can to move into the apartment and everything is available, - bright, cozy apartment with individual meters, - good public transport, M3 metro, 6, 4 trams, - good sports and entertainment opportunities, - we try to support the tenant to feel comfortable and satisfied. So far all my tenants have been satisfied. Ideally, it can be rented for 1 year. A 2-month deposit is required. You can pay in one lump sum that includes all utilities and common costs, or you can pay exactly based on usage. If necessary, it is also possible for a SHORTER RENTAL PERIOD WITH HIGHER RENTAL FEES, which is subject to individual agreement. The prices can be exclude or include bills.
