You can find Metro 1 close by and you're only a 5-minute walk removed from Heroes Square. It is an ideal location for students as it is close to Szent István University, Faculty of Veterinary Science, or Mc Daniels. The apartment has great accessibility as it is surrounded by public transport (Metro 1, Tram No. 4-6, buses) The flat is situated on the ground floor in a classical building. There are 5 bedrooms present, 4 of which come with a double bed and one with a single bed. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. The apartment comes with 2 complete bathrooms with a toilet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a big fridge, an oven, and a microwave. UTILITIES: - All our apartments include a basic WIFI - Utility costs will be based on consumption. The estimates shown are per month and full flat. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies and get refund from tenants. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (40 EUR/ 13,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. - Common cost: 57.405 HUF this is split between all tenants and payable each month. IMPORTANT: - Our agency fee of 350 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract. - This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals.
