Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The bedroom includes a generous double bed (180x200cm). The living room has a cozy sofa that can be converted into an additional bed (160x200cm). Bed linens and towels are provided. A dedicated working desk ensures a productive environment for remote work or study. The air conditioner can be used for both cooling and heating as well as there is a district heating system. All the equipment and amenities indicated in the description can be found and functionate perfectly. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or in the shared courtyard! The apartment also includes an exercise bike. A bicycle can be provided upon request. The building has its own garage where there is an opportunity to rent a parking slot (approx. 40 EUR/month). There are various means of public transport nearby, including metro, buses and tram. I can give you detailed information about it.
