Bus, trolleybus and tram stations are 200 m away, taking one downtown in less than 10 minutes. It comes with a full bathroom with walk-in shower, full kitchen with a gas stove, high speed WiFi and a SmartTV. It has just been refurbished, with all new gas stove and washing machine, redone wodden floors and painted walls. Iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack, as well as a hair dryer are also provided. The studio has a double bed, hence it is suited for one person or a couple. It is located in a building with three elevators. This means not only quick access to the studio, but also more natural light and no neighbors on top. A 24-hour open grocery store, of the Belgian-owned chain MegaImage, is around the corner, as are a pharmacy, a print shop, a barbershop and a confectionery store. A huge mall, actually called MegaMall, is three bus stops away, with the usual offer of designer venues, food court and movie arcade.
