Price 900 Euros per calendar month including WiFi and cable TV (plus utilities bills of 150 Euros exactly). This is the price for the master bedroom for one single person. In the event of a couple, the rent would be increased by 200 euros and 100 euros for the bills in total for the second person. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for exclusive usage.
