Bright and modern apartment of about 50 sqm with one bedroom, on the 1st floor - with elevator - of a beautiful building, located in an absolutely quiet context, a stone's throw from the 11 September park and the Cineteca, very convenient for visiting the main monuments of Bologna on foot. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The apartment was completely renovated in the autumn of 2019, paying the utmost attention to the choice of materials and finishes, which are all pleasant and modern. Air conditioning is available with a split in the living room and bedroom, while a splendid parquet contributes to making the rooms elegant and refined. The windows of the property overlook an internal courtyard, therefore the property is extremely quiet, even if we are in the historic center. The flat is characterized by wooden furnishings with a pleasant and clean design, which blend well with the fabrics chosen for the sofa, carpets and curtains. As soon as you enter, guests have access to the living area, which extends in length and is equipped with a glass table for 4 people, a practical sideboard and a double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The 32” Smart TV is hung on the wall near the dining table, next to the glass window overlooking the kitchen. The latter is separated from the living area and offers, in addition to a complete set, all the most important appliances, such as a microwave, refrigerator with icebox, 2 induction plates, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The large bedroom is extremely enjoyable thanks to its brightness and is characterized by wooden furniture in light and relaxing tones, which contrast with the red of the piece of furniture placed in front of the double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), creating a visual impact that makes the room interesting and pleasant. The furnishings are completed with a large 3-door wardrobe and the cabinet where the cleaning tools are kept. The bathroom, equipped with refined slate-colored ceramics, is furnished with a cabinet above which is the sink, and is equipped with a comfortable glass shower cabin, as well as a practical clothes drying cabinet, which develops around the washing machine: it is a comfortable environment, where you can relax while taking care of yourself. The apartment offers a secluded and welcoming refuge, strategically positioned in the centre of Bologna, making it possible to move comfortably on foot to reach the city's attractions. Facilities: - Autonomous heating with thermostat -Parquet flooring - Air Conditioning with a split in every room - Internet ADSL with WI-FI - Microwave, induction hob, electric kettle - Coffee machine - 32” Smart TV - Washing machine, drying clothes rack, iron and ironing board The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses (€ 50 per month), WiFi internet (€ 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 100 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. Area: The apartment is located near the famous Via San Felice, where the first tower of Bologna was built to watch over the arrival of the enemies of Modena. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Maggiore, while a few steps away is the characteristic Via Azzo Gardino, where every Saturday the picturesque Mercato della Terra takes place, a Slow Food presidium, which hosts about 40 local producers who directly sell seasonal zero-mile products. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a large variety of shops of all kinds, pharmacies and supermarkets; moving towards Via del Pratello there are several pubs, bars, restaurants and trattorias, while in Via Don Minzoni it is possible to visit the Mambo - the museum of modern art of Bologna. In Via Lame and in Via Marconi there are two cinemas, while in Porta Saragozza the Chaplin cinema shows films in original language every Monday evening. During the warmer season, the evenings are enlivened by the programming of musical events organized at the Cavaticcio park, a meeting place for the city's young people during summer weekends. Finally, our guests will be pleased to know that the 11 September park, one of the few green areas in the historic center, is located in the immediate vicinity of the property, as is the new area of ​​​​Bologna where the ancient canals are now being discovered, creating a new center of attraction for social and cultural events. Public transportation: Near the apartment, buses 35, 36 and 21 take you to the central station, while bus 38 takes you directly to the fair. Buses 18, 86 and 29 take you to the heart of the center. Parking: The property is located within the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and an access ticket is requested. We suggest that you park in the APCOA Riva Reno, just outside the ZTL, which costs € 22 per day. Monthly passes are available for €165. Important: guests must pay a tourism tax, which is not included in the price. € 4 to € 7 per person, per night. The fee is only applied to the first 5 nights.
