It is extremely close to Piazza Aldrovandi, the university area, the iconic towers, and a 15-minute walking distance from the main train station. The house's surrounding area is full of restaurants, shops, cafés and a daily street market. Being an attic flat, tall people may not feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a historic Palace with no elevator (4° floor). Guests can enjoy the entire apartment. The bathroom is small, suboptimal for tall people. Being an attic flat, the shower (like the one in a boat) might be uncomfortable for tall people. Silence reigns in the house and all the rooms are very bright. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi.
