Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für eine ruhige Einzelperson oder ein Paar, die für einige Wochen temporär in Bern wohnen und dabei nicht auf Atmosphäre, Tageslicht und ein angenehmes Zuhausegefühl verzichten möchten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines charmanten Drei-Parteienhauses und erstreckt sich über einen ganzen Stock. Dank Fenstern auf allen Seiten ist die Wohnung aussergewöhnlich hell, offen und ruhig. Die Kombination aus Altbaucharme, Fischgratparkett, grosszügigen Räumen und geschmackvoller Einrichtung schafft eine sehr angenehme Wohnatmosphäre. Besonders geeignet ist die Wohnung auch für Personen im Homeoffice oder für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt in Bern: Es steht ein ergonomischer Arbeitsplatz mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, HAG Capisco Stuhl, externem Monitor inkl. Kamera sowie schnellem Glasfaserinternet zur Verfügung.
