While we’re away for work, we’re renting out our beautiful, modern 85 m2 apartment on Maybachufer for a fixed term of 4–6 months starting 06/11. The apartment is ideal for a responsible single person or a couple who will take good care of our home. The apartment is very bright, high-quality, and fully equipped. Large windows and two balconies (one with a direct canal view of the Landwehrkanal). The building is a new build (2019) with an elevator, and the flat is on the 4th floor (of 5).
