Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer attraktiven Lage in Berlin-Mariendorf mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Vermietung erfolgt privat durch mich als Eigentümerin im Auftrag meiner Mieterin, die sich während des genannten Zeitraums nicht in Berlin aufhält.
