Helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Wohnküche in Prenzlauer Berg. Ein entspannter und lebendiger Kiez. Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für einen Monat, da ich selbst unterwegs bin. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und durch die Südausrichtung angenehm hell. Die Wohnküche ist der zentrale Raum - ein entspannter Ort zum Kochen, Essen oder einfach zum Ankommen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und persönlich eingerichtet, nicht überladen, sondern so, dass man sich schnell wohlfühlen kann. Mir ist wichtig, dass die Wohnung in gute Hände kommt. Das Haus ist ruhig und die Nachbarschaft ein Traum - daher suche ich jemanden, der respektvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht und diese Atmosphäre schätzt. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Partys oder laute Treffen geeignet. Sehr gute Anbindung mit den Tramlinien M2, M4 und M10. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.
