Ich möchte mein schönes Studio-Apartment in Berlin-Dahlem zur Zwischenmiete untervermieten, da ich für einige Monate ein Praktikum im Ausland machen werde. Ich selbst wohne jetzt seit etwa 7 Monaten hier als Studentin und liebe diese Lage hier total, vor allem die direkte Nähe zur FU Berlin und die ruhige und grüne Umgebung. Das Studio befindet sich in einem modernen Neubau, ist super hell durch große Fenster und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sicher, außerdem gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und perfekt für Studierende, Praktikant, Expats oder Berufstätige, die ein ruhiges und schönes Zuhause auf Zeit suchen. Im Keller befindet sich zusätzlich noch ein Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung gegen eine kleine Gebühr. Lage: Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der FU und Dahlem Dorf ist in nur 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Dort findet man alles für den Alltag: kleine Erledigungen, Supermärkte und Cafés! Auch mit der U-Bahn ist man super angebunden - U Dahlem Dorf und die U Podbielskiallee sind beide in ungefähr 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Sonstiges: Ausstattung - Bett (120x200) - Nachttisch - Kleiderschrank - Schreibtisch + Stuhl - Esstisch + Stühle - Sessel - Outdoorsessel (2) Aufzug ist vorhanden !
