The modern one bedroom apartment has a balcony with fantastic views including the TV tower. The living space combines perfectly with the fully equipped open plan kitchen. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail and large arty pictures on the walls. The custom made kitchen features modern appliances and built in cabinets with shiny surfaces. The sofa can be transferred into a bed and can comfortably fit two more persons. The bedroom features a queen size bed for a peaceful sleep including a large cupboards and great views from the windows. There are two bathrooms – one includes a bath tub and the second a walk-in rain shower. In the beautiful shared courtyard everybody is welcome to use the spacious children’s playground and a ping pong table for friends and kids. The apartment is located next to U2-Bahn Märkisches Museum close to the historical harbour just a few steps away from the Spree riverbanks and the Museumsinsel in a calm street with attractive cafes, restaurants and clubs. Also you can find a variety of different little restaurants taking place on boats where you can enjoy the breeze and views ono fisher island. It is surrounded by lush parks and embassy gardens and represents an ideal for walks or jogging and a swimming pool is also close by. The peaceful Koellnischer Park around the corner used to host the living symbol of Berlin – two brown Berliner bears. From the apartment in 5 to10 minutes walk you reach the historic Nikolaiviertel and the center of Alexanderplatz (2 subway stations). The stations Maerkisches Museum, Heinrich-Heinestrasse and Jannowitzbruecke giving access to five major subway and train lines can be reached with-in walking distance. Boat trips through Berlin can be taken from the nearby riverbanks. Despite its very central location the neighbourhood remains a peaceful and calm area.
