Our Apartments are fully equipped and furnished apartments between 27-67m2. Each type of apartment has been individually designed and offers high quality. Our commitment is to provide a high standard of living comfort, emphasizing aesthetics and digitization, as well as respecting the privacy of our tenants. With a balanced mix of natural materials and selected vintage pieces, we combine simplicity with a warm aesthetic. Here, it's easy to recharge your batteries and clear your head for the next day. With apartment sizes ranges from 42 to 46 square meters you are invited to explore our Apartment and get carried away from the turbulent city life. With a separate living and sleeping area, you create a clear separation between sleeping at night and a lovely day full of amazing experiences. At a time where living and working are increasingly intertwined, our Apartments are also the perfect base for your home office. All Apartments have a lovingly designed living and dining area with an open kitchen. Round off your living experience with your own balcony and enjoy the city far away from its hustle and bustle. *Prices may vary depending on floor level, on length of stay and rental period. After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible. For tenants staying 2-3 months, we require just 1 month’s all-in rent as a deposit. For tenants staying 4-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit and for 7+ months, we will require 3 times an all-in rent. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process. Take a relaxed approach to deposit security. We have partnered with Garentii to offer a quick and comfortable solution. Your new home away from home is located right in the middle of popular Neukölln, just a few minutes walk from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station and 2 minutes by car to Berlin’s new city highway. Whether to the Airport BER, Tesla Grünheide or the city centre, our apartments in Neukölln are ideally located with many restaurants, cafes and galleries in the immediate neighborhood. As an aspiring trendy district, Neukölln is especially known for its multicultural flair and is characterized by a large art and cultural scene. Sonnenallee and the nearby Karl-Marx-Strasse offer a wide variety of leisure activities and shopping for daily needs. _______________________________________________________________ What happens after your booking is completed on HousingAnywhere? Good to know: After your booking has been confirmed on HousingAnywhere, you have to finalize your reservation in our system. The following steps have to be completed: 1. You will receive a link to our website by e-mail. 2. On our website, you have to select the apartment type you have booked on HousingAnywhere. 3. As the next step, you will receive password-protected access to our app where you can upload your enrolment certificate, as well as a copy of your ID card or passport, and confirm the contract. 4. Afterward, we will check your details, and if everything fits you will receive an automatic e-mail with the payment request of the deposit and our one-off handling fee (this payment differs from the HousingAnywhere booking fee!). 5. As soon as there are no more pending payments (within the next 5 business days) and we have received the money, we will finalize the booking and you will receive a final confirmation e-mail. 6. Please note that the booking through our system should be completed no later than 7 days after booking on HousingAnywhere. After 7 days, the room is no longer reserved for you and can be booked by others. Just before the semester starts, reservations can only be held for 2 days.
