Die ca. 50 m2 große Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Dazu gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien sowie eine Waschmaschine. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet, sodass ein sofortiger Einzug problemlos möglich ist. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Balkon mit Möbeln, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Berufstätige, Pendler oder alle, die eine befristete Wohnlösung in ruhiger und grüner Lage suchen. Die Warmmiete beträgt 1.200 € inklusive Möblierung und Nutzung aller vorhandenen Gegenstände. Hinweis: Rundfunkgebühren sind vom Mieter quartalsweise im Voraus zu zahlen. Strom- und Internetkosten liegen zusätzlich bei ca. 100 € pro Monat.
