I am renting out my bright and fully furnished two-room apartment in Berlin-Steglitz. The apartment is located directly opposite Stadtpark Steglitz and offers excellent public transport connections. Several supermarkets, cafés, shops, and other amenities are within walking distance. The bus lines X83, M82, 181, and 282 stop directly in front of the building. S1 & U9 Rathaus Steglitz, S25 Lankwitz can be reached within approximately 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is offered fully furnished and includes: * Furnished living room with TV * Bedroom with bed, bedding, desk, and storage space * Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and kitchen essentials * Washing machine * Bathroom with bathtub/shower *Small balcony Please note that a small number of personal belongings may remain stored in parts of the apartment during the rental period. At present, there may also be the possibility of renting the apartment unfurnished on a longer-term basis. This can be discussed individually depending on the circumstances and rental duration.
