This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. The flat is furnished with all the comforts ready to move in. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, hob and microwave. It has two single rooms with beds of 90cm and 135cm and a double room with bed of 150cm, a small room with desk to study or work, a small bathroom with shower, living room and terrace with access from the living room overlooking the inner courtyard.
