The Space: - 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, and French balcony for fresh air. - Spacious living room with large windows, a sofa, TV, dining table, plus a 2nd French balcony overlooking La Rambla — enjoy people-watching and city life from your couch. - Fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, full fridge/freezer, cookware & utensils) so you can cook as much or as little as you like. - One full bathroom with shower. - Washer in-unit: front-load washing machine for your laundry needs. - Air conditioning / heating: hot & cold air inverter in the living room to stay comfortable year-round.
