Please note that a final cleaning fee of 50 euros is required, which will be deducted from the deposit. Contracts are monthly and start on the first day of the month, ending on the last day. Tenants are required to vacate the apartment on the last day of the contract by 12:00 pm. This allows the cleaning team to intervene and complete their service, making the accommodation available the following day, the first of the next month, for the new tenant.
