This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. We present this magnificent 82 m2 apartment located on Carrer dels Doctors Trias i Pujol, between the neighborhoods of Les Corts and Pedralbes, two of the most exclusive, residential, and peaceful areas of Barcelona. If your stay is between 6 and 11 months, the deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent. Admin fee: If your stay is between 1 and 5 months, the admin fee is equivalent to half months' rent + 21%VAT. If your stay is between 6 and 11 months, the admin fee is equivalent to 1 months' rent + 21%VAT After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency.
