Two bedroom apartment located in Sant Andreu area. In a pedestrian street, very calm and nice little neigbourhood. Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station that leads you to Plaza CAtaluña in 5 minutes, or 11 de Septembre metro station. The area is super cosy plenty of tapas bars, bars, supermarkets. The apartment has two rooms, open kitchen with an open space to the living room, one bathroom, and small pation with laundry. The apartment comes with all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets . Wifi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. You will be charged 90 euros/month for all utilities. Not 90 euros for each utility.
