The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. - Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay) - Final cleaning 220€ - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 300 euros. - Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please inquire about prices. Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday through Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), you can pick up the keys at number 228 Aribau Street. For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
