Room in a newly renovated shared flat in Barcelona - City Registration - Empadronamieto is according to Barcelona's official regulations. We will evaluate case-by-case. - Monthly cleaning of common areas and maintenance . The cost is 20€ per month (Concept Other) - Tenants will have to pay IBI tax + rubbish collection tax (to be determined on a property-by-property basis) Recently renovated apartment on Carrer de Sant Roc offering rooms for rent. It is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Our furnished apartments include a kitchen with basic appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave; no oven) and bedrooms with a bed, desk, closet, lockable door, 1 set of sheets, duvet, pillow, fan, and electric heater. All apartments have Wi-Fi, and the buildings do not have elevators. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer, cash (in-office), or card (in-office). Check-in fee: - Monday–Friday from 10:00 to 14:20: free - Monday–Friday from 14:30 to 18:00: €20 - Monday–Friday from 18:00 to 20:00: €40 (subject to availability) - Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 11:00 to 18:00: €40 (subject to availability) - No check-ins after 20:00 (except in exceptional cases and subject to availability; €50) - Late fee: Every 30 minutes of unnotified delay from the agreed time will incur a €10 surcharge. - The check-in fee must be paid in cash only and without change. NOTE: - Payment methods at check-in: bank transfer or cash (no cards). - Access to the apartment and key handover will only take place after full payment of all required amounts. The draft contract is sent one week before your arrival for review, and the original signed and stamped copy is delivered at check-in only after the security deposit and any other pending fees have been paid. Contract model is ‘MIXED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR RENTING ROOM IN SHARED, FURNISHED HOUSING AND PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING SERVICES’.
