Dieses in Bad Homburg gelegene möblierte Appartement bietet Luxus und Komfort pur und ist saniert worden. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst. Die schöne Liegenschaft ist in einer ruhigen Straße, hat eine perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ist stadtnah. Eine Vielzahl an Geschäften ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit verschiedenen Dekorationen schafft eine „Wohlfühl“-Atmosphäre, sobald Du das Zimmer betrittst. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf steht Dir ein Boxspringbett mit den Maßen ca. 1,40m x 2,00m zur Verfügung. dabei sind Bettdecke, Kissen und Bettwäsche schon vorhanden und ein Kleiderschrank für Deine Garderobe. Im Wohnsizimmer findest du einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, ein großes sehr schönes und bequemes Sofa, einen SMART TV (55 Zoll) für Deine Unterhaltung sowie einen Sideboard. Die Küche ist mit Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Airfryer/Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Teller, Tassen, Besteck und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattes die du für eine perfekte Mahlzeit brauchst. Ein Raumkühlungs-System (Supreme Havanna Cooling System®) sorgt an wärmeren Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen und kühle Luft. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind ebenfalls vorhanden, damit Du immer top aussiehst. Um die Sauberkeit zu gewährleisten, stellen wir Dir einen Staubsauger zur Verfügung sowie einen Wischmopp mit Eimer. Bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses wird eine reinigungs/administrative Pauschale in Höhe von 25 % des Gesamtmietpreises von der Kaution abgezogen, sofern der Mieter die Wohnung ordnungsgemäß, nach unseren Vorgaben aus dem Mietvertrag, gereinigt übergibt. Erfolgt keine Reinigung durch den Mieter, erhöht sich die reinigungs/administrative Pauschale auf 40 % des Mietpreises, die von der Kaution abgezogen wird.
