Welcome to this 1 bedroom 50 sq. meters apartment , which has been fully renovated in 2021. This property is located at Sozopoleos , Athens BEDROOMS & AMENITIES: This apartment is 2 minutes walking distance to metro stop Attiki. With 50 square meters of living space, it includes 1 bedroom with air conditioning and TV, a living room with A/C, TV, 1 open space with table, Tv kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Wi-fi up to 50Mbps There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the major electric appliance (Stove , microwave/grill , fridge, and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Located in Athens centre, the apartment is just 150 meters from bus and Metro stop ATTIKI. Super market and shops are conveniently located around the corner MONTHLY RENT & BILLS: There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling CHECK IN Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 Check also the video (after photos ) if it is available for this property DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number) OTHER DETAILS: Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
