The apartment is only 3 minutes away from the Omonoia Metro station, and 6 minutes away from Monastiraki square! It is a fully renovated 32-square-meter studio with kitchen and one bathroom and it is perfectly suitable for up to 2 people. ***Security deposit includes any damage to the rental unit, in case the tenant breaks the lease and doesn't pay rent*** ***Please note that electricity costs included in the rent price but TILL THE LIMIT OF 80 euro monthly**** Fully renovated penthouse in the center of Athens. The apartment has all the amenities anyone can need on their vacation. The place is hospitable, nicely decorated and practical for everyday use. Fresh sheets and towels are provided and the studio is cleaned before each visit. All the house area is cleaned and disinfected. * Check in starts from 14:00pm untill 22:00..late check in is available from 22:00 untill 24:00 with an extra fee of 15euros cash*
