With public transport right on your doorstep, Ippokratous is perfectly situated in the heart of Neapoli and all the university's with walking distance With 10m walking are 3 metros Panepistimiou , Omonia ,Ambelokipi The building has 7 , 3-bedroom apartments and the owner lived in one of them The building is fully secure with cameras and security company that will make your stay safe The 6 apartments are rented out to Erasmus people from Europe mainly France, Italy , Germany, Spain All apartments are fully equipped with all that is required heading and aircon The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 common living room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heading, fridge washing machine cooker linen, bathroom towels and all the kitchen equipment (cutlery) The building has a private Roof Top with a garden sun beds to enjoy the hot summer day in Athens or the evening with that beautiful summer Brizzzz Upon living the apartment, after the contract is expired, they will a charge for the tenant 75.00 euros for the cleaning and washing There is available cleaning service if required with euros 10.00 per hour. Advance notice one month is required if the tenant wants to cancel the contract earlier the deposit of 420 euros will be lost FOR UTILITIES - the first 50.00 euros from the electricity are covered by the owner. Electricity bills over 50 euros per month are covered by the tenants. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
