The property offers open views of the mountain, a private garden and a *spacious 200 m2 terrace* , ideal for relaxing outdoors. It features a *private swimming pool* , charcoal and wood barbecue, outdoor furniture and parking within the estate. Pets are accepted, although it is important to note that the plot is not fenced.. . Inside you will find a cosy atmosphere throughout the year: wood-burning stove in the living room and pellet stove in the living room-kitchen, as well as electric radiators in the bedrooms (no air conditioning).
