Description
Renting contract: standart Dutch renting contract (model B) with diplomacy clausule -it's called 'model C'. The difference with the standart contract is that its not indefinate. I prefer a minimum stay of 6 months, starting at the 1st of the month. Monthly prices (excluded monthly costs for utilities like gas, cleaning etc.) 1 month €5000 2 months €4750 3 months €4500 4 months €4250 5 months €4000 6 months €3750 7-11 months idem 12 months €3500 24 months €3500 Registration & a parking permit makes sense when you'd like to stay minimum 6 months, preferably a year ;-) Exclusive costs: cleaning every two weeks Tuesday around 10:30 €50,- x 2 = €100,- per month Gas & electric (average use) around €250,-/€350,- description: Light and sunny, furnished classical and cozy. The balcony on the street side is faced east so you can drink your coffee in the rising sun. On the back side you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sunset! It’s located in a super lively and very popular street where neighbours, shop- and restaurant-owners know each other :-) It's such a nice area! Feel free to ask any question! [ps: looks slightly bigger due to wide angle lens] De ruimte Open plan kitchen with a balcony on the west, on the east the living-room with a smaller balcony. A small bathroom, a modest bedroom in the back and the guest room in the front of the house. As you might have suspected, I like antique. All the furniture I bought at the Amsterdam auction (Veilinghuis De Zwaan) Welcome to my flat! :-) It’s not perfect, But.. clean, cosy and comfortable. If you’re only here for partying, don’t rent this place; the house has thin walls -like every house in this poorly build, but extremely popular area (de Pijp). I’m very lucky living between neighbours who use the stairs, the doors very quiet after around 22:00. Music can be played, but not too loud and rather inside than on the balcony. Rather without a techno/ strong bass kind of vibe. Also, please handle my interior with care, since I normally live here myself I left my antique furniture. (it’s not commercial renting, I life abroad for a limited time -a so called expat), The accessories are mostly from Argentina. (with a sofa bed; changeable from 80 to 160 cm’s; mattresses are thin (7 or 14 cm). It’s fine, but not great, a grown-up shouldn’t sleep on it for weeks. Note; very steep stairs to the apartment -like many typical buildings in Ams ;-) it's not practical with a baby and a prem because unfortunately there is no place downstairs to leave the prem.. Important Note for HousingAnywhere Compliance: Whenever I contact a potential tenant through another platform or exchange contact details, this is not an attempt to bypass HousingAnywhere or its fees. My sole purpose is to obtain additional information about the tenant, which is mandatory for me before renting out my property.
