Located in De Baarsjes and near cafés, Foodhallen, Amsterdam's West hip hotspots & parks (Vondelpark!). Whether you’re a couple, remote worker or city explorer, you’ll feel at home here. My apartment is both spacious and inviting, offering a unique blend of comfort and character. Music has always been a big part of my life (I used to play in a metal band!), and you’ll spot hints of that throughout the space - from vintage guitars on the walls to a creative, lived-in vibe. It’s a personal and expressive home, ideal for guests who appreciate individuality and warmth. In late 2024, I renovated the balcony. It’s now a lovely little outdoor spot to relax and unwind. The apartment is located on the first floor and is entirely yours during your stay. The neighbors are friendly and laid-back - feel free to say hello and enjoy the welcoming vibe of the building. Important information • A temporary lease agreement and appendices will be provided and must be signed prior to check-in. • Registration at the address (BRP) is not possible. • No subletting, (hidden) or third-party use. • The apartment must be vacated end of March. • Please note: this listing is intended for temporary stays only.
