Once your reservation is confirmed, we will be happy to help you organise the best transport option according to your needs. Guest reception: Guests will be welcomed personally upon arrival in order to show the property and provide useful recommendations about beaches, restaurants and local attractions in Alicante. Standard check-in hours: 15:00 – 23:00 Late check-in: Available only upon prior request and subject to availability. Important information: The property is intended exclusively for temporary and residential stays. To complete the reservation, guests will be required to: • Sign a basic temporary rental agreement • Provide identification or passport for all guests • Pay a refundable security deposit of €1,000 The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided the property is returned in good condition and all house rules have been respected. House rules: • Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed • Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited • Guests are kindly asked to respect the residential environment and community rules • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00 • The maximum number of authorised guests may not be exceeded • Pets only upon prior consultation • Responsible use of utilities, furniture and communal areas is required • Any serious damage or breach of the rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund Check-out: Before departure, we kindly ask guests to: • Leave used towels grouped in one of the bathrooms • Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins • Turn off lights and air conditioning • Leave the keys inside the property and ensure the door is properly closed We are looking for responsible guests who value tranquillity, respect for the property and consideration for the residential environment.
