The Vista Mar apartment is an extremely elegant space, designed with world travelers in mind, with spectacular sea views and approximately 5 minutes walk from Santa Cruz beach. Here, you can count on a modern apartment, decorated with taste and with your visit and your family or group of friends in mind. Close to the center of the town of Santa Cruz, but in a quiet location, there are restaurants, Lava Aqui laundry, Bio pastry shop and also beach bars on our extensive sandy beach just a few meters away. A spacious apartment, located on the third floor without elevator, well decorated and completely renovated, designed with your relaxing holidays in mind. We have a spacious living room, with sea views, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can have your meals overlooking the sea. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, two with double beds, and the other two bedrooms with single beds. All rooms have storage space to unpack your luggage. There is dedicated work space, and plenty of storage for your use. Guest access You can easily walk to the beach, cafe, restaurant and pastry shop. The nearest minimarket is in the village center, around a 12-minute walk away. In the summer there will also be the campsite's minimarket open right next to the building. There is parking in front and on the side of the building. It will be necessary to sign a medium-term rental contract.
