Preferred age 19-30! •⁠ ⁠Security deposit is paid in full at the beginning Admin FEE Includes following services: •⁠ ⁠Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, •⁠ ⁠contract preparation, •⁠ ⁠Translation of the contract to English, •⁠ ⁠Room preparation with set of bed linen, •⁠ ⁠Payment for airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat, •⁠ ⁠Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie", - representing you in communications with flat owner. •⁠ ⁠Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. •⁠ ⁠Cleaning service that comes once every two months to clean the kitchen and bathroom •⁠ ⁠Final cleaning + 400 PLN when You're leaving the apartment. •⁠ ⁠Single Occupancy Only •⁠ ⁠There is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video. So in 3 person apartment it will be Your responsibility once every 3 weeks.
