The room is quiet, separately accessible from the kitchen/living-room and completely furnished. This includes a huge bed (180x200), desk, drawer, wardrobe with hangers and chair. Internet via WiFi and cable is included. Even a Television with Chromecast is provided, no access to cable networks tough. The kitchen is big enough to be the living-room as well, including sofa and small dining-table with three chairs. It comes equipped with essentials appliances including microwave oven, big fridge/freezer , a dishwasher (of which we ask you to use it whenever possible) and a new gas-stove/oven. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower cabin and a bathtub and a washing machine. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, but still inside the flat. We are situated next to Prater and Donaukanal in the third district, not far from the city center. You might enjoy the huge park nearby! ( (hidden) ) U3 (to Volkstheater, ) is 5 minutes walking distance, as well as buses to Praterstern (80A) and Rennweg (77A). Supermarkets, tobacco-shop, post office and an 24/7 gas station (including a small supermarket) are in the direct vicinity. (hidden) Mykola (33) and me (42) are tied up with our jobs, so we're a rather calm place. We are looking for someone, who already lived with other people and has experience with shared flats. We'd ask you to comply with established household practices as well as be thoughtful about your surroundings as well as your room. We won't mind smokers but ask you for your thoughtfulness (you might not want to blow away a pack a day in your room). Please keep in mind, that we usually wake up early so there might be noise coming from the kitchen. On the weekends, it's not that strict. In short terms: A reasonable flat for reasonable people, but cool. ;) You will be taking over Mykolas Room, the third room is to be rented out, after it has been refurbished. Rent is "all inclusive", except back pay for utilities, as well as common commodities like toilet-paper and so on. These are being split equally in three. Everyone is responsible for the common rooms. We have a common google calendar, we's ask you to subscribe to and split our expenses with "Splitwise". If you are proficient with these tools, that would help us a lot.
