( its much easier accessible then from the city or elsewhere because off the metro and bus connection also for bike it is much saver and easier because its one straight path and less traffic lights) The area provides several shopping opportunities (in the biggest shopping-mall off Rotterdam, Alexandrium) there is an supermarket on the corner of the street 1 min away from the house. There is an excellent connection to the public transportation system: The metro and bus-station is just a short walk away 3 min. The train-station Rotterdam-Alexander is 10 min walking from the property and has direct connection to Utrecht and Amsterdam!
