A very short distance away is Venezia Avenue with the bus stops of the urban bus, with wich you can reach the historic center and the station in less then 5 minutes, but the historic center is 10 minutes walk and the train station is 10 minutes by foot . The area is really well served , you can find shops, Coop supermarket, restaurant and pubs, banks and Post Office. Nearby there is Music Park and the river bank of Piovego for jogging or walking. Nearby you have also Centro Giotto Shopping Center where you can find all you need and Ikea. The building is of three private units . The apartment is large, it consists of an entrance, a kitchen, 3 rooms, a bathrooms and a garage for bikes. The bathroom has been completely renovated in August 2024. There are a common area in front of building and a private space behind.
