Cozy, sunlit bedrooms provide enough space for either queen-size or full-size beds and additional furniture like nightstands. The master bedroom can accommodate a personal workspace and offers a large closet. The tile-floor kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, beautiful countertops, and sophisticated cabinets and drawers. A compact eat-in living area can support a sofa, coffee table, TV stand, and dining table with four chairs. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and bathtub combination with a window for ventilation. Located in Upper Manhattan, Hamilton Heights is one of the best residential neighborhoods in West Harlem and contains the historic sub-neighborhood of Sugar Hill. Situated on the fourth floor of a five-story brick apartment building on a quiet, residential street, this Hamilton Heights apartment is conveniently located less than five blocks from Riverside Park. A short walk from an assortment of retail and restaurant options along Broadway, a two-minute walk will get you to 145th Street subway station for the 1 Broadway–Seventh Avenue Local, which will take you all the way south to Battery Park.
