The eat-in kitchen provides space for a dining table with four chairs and comes equipped with new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The tile-floor bathroom boats a luxurious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and handheld sprayer. Situated in a six-story brick building on a one-way, tree-lined street, a two-minute walk from the front steps will get you to Cathedral Parkway station for the 1 train on the IRT Broadway - Seventh Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. This unit includes WiFi and a wall-mounted TV in the living area. With rooms that can be fully furnished upon request, this Upper West Side apartment allows short and long-term leases. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement.
