Your stay also includes: 1. Utilities (water, electricity, and gas). 2. High-speed WiFi — free and secure via captive portal. 3. Weekly cleaning of common areas, carried out by our team to keep everything spotless. 4. Biweekly room cleaning, including linen change. No need to bring your own bedding — we take care of everything. Your private room includes: • 135 cm double bed with bedding and pillow. • Wardrobe with overhead storage. • Desk with ergonomic chair and lamp — perfect for studying or working. • Adjustable electric radiator and shelving. 💢💢💢💢 Booking in summer (June, July, or August) minimum stay is 1 month. The rest of the year is a minimum stay of 4 months.
