This will be given back to you at the end of your rental period. - At the arrival: You will have to pay € 100 for registration contract so that it is legal in Italy and you are totally covered for any kind of reason. - EXTRAS: utilities on consuption, minimum cost as ndicated on add - Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and m including condominium expenses and maintenance, utilities not included, - Booking on Housing Anywhere: You will pay first month, that is considered as the deposit. This will be given back to you at the end of your rental period. - At the arrival: You will have to pay + the first monthly rent (for the following months the monthly rent shall be transferred every 5th of the month). - EXTRAS: utilities on consuption - Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is split between the tenant and us. For stays up to six months, it is approximately €60 each. including condominium expenses and maintenance, utilities not included,
