Tenants also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a washing machine, making daily life easy and convenient. 📍 This property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Burjassot Campus of the University of Valencia, home to faculties such as Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Pharmacy. Excellent public transport connections make moving around Valencia simple: Tram Line 4 (stops such as Campus and Vicent Andrés Estellés) is nearby, while Empalme Metro Station (Line 1) is approximately a 14-minute walk away. Several bus lines, including 63 (direct to Valencia city center), L142B, and L141, have stops within walking distance.
