About this Home Priced to rent quickly, this modern shared apartment in the New York City borough of Brooklyn is located on the second floor of a well-preserved, four-story building. Newly renovated, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comes fully loaded with brand-new stainless steel appliances, central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, modern lighting fixtures, and a wall-mounted TV. Additional apartment features include exposed brick walls, high ceilings, lots of windows for natural light, and stained hardwood floors. This entire unit can come fully furnished by June for an additional fee. Short-term, month-to-month leasing options are also available. Bedrooms in this expansive, 1039-square-foot apartment are spacious enough for full-size beds, nightstands, and personal workspaces or dressers. Each bedroom includes at least one window and a closet for your clothes. Bedrooms are available furnished and unfurnished. If you need more space or plan to move in with friends, you have the option of renting this entire apartment. The front door of this apartment opens to a combined eat-in living and kitchen area with plenty of space for a sectional couch, tables, and chairs. It comes equipped with a full-size dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. White shaker cabinets blend nicely with grey countertops. A breakfast bar with pendant lighting that seats two adds a layer of separation between the living area and the kitchen. Situated near the northern border of Crown Heights, this apartment is an ideal spot for anyone wanting to live near retail shopping and public transportation. A six-minute walk will get you to the Fulton Street commercial district, where you can find restaurants and bars, as well as Nostrand Avenue station for the A and C trains on the IND Eighth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. This apartment includes access to coin-operated laundry facilities located inside the building. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC).
