It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to the amount indicated in the contract. One street away from the Gran Via, a few minutes from the Diagonal, surrounded by stores, cafes, schools and walking areas and excellently communicated, we find this fully furnished and equipped living room. We have access to the living room and from the comfortable hall we can see the dining room with a table for up to 8 people. On the right hand side we find the living room and TV area with exit to the terrace facing the inner courtyard.
