Recently renovated room for 2 girls near subway/ Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw . It has access to a big terrace. There is a glass roof over the terrace, enabling enjoying it also during a rainy day. All our tenants may also spend time in our garden with a fish pond, which is in the back of the house. The flat is located in a well maintained building in one of the Warsaw's most prestigious and safest districts - Upper Mokotów (Górny Mokotów). It is just four minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska and very close (1 minute walk) to tram stops/bus stops in Puławska street. It is located on a lower ground floor. Our guests are mostly international students who can appreciate excellent location, standard of this place and warmness. An ideal place for people who value peace and quietness, and at the same time closeness to everything. We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska subway station, 1 minute walk from tram/bus stops in Puławska street (going to the centre and other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics - SGH (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (4 metro stations ), University of Warsaw / Warsaw University (30 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro). Top location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various periodic public events like a foodies' public picnic Breakfast Market (Targ Śniadaniowy) each Sunday in the park just 1 minute walk from the apartment (from Spring till Autumn). The apartment is located on a lower ground floor in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Kitchen is fully furnished : oven, microwave, cooker, electric kettle, basic kitchen utensils (pots, frying pans, cutlery, plates, glasses) etc. The room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real comfortable bed , big wardrobe, bookshelves, desk, chair. Regular cleaning of common areas is included in the price, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable living experience with no extra cost for you, but please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates clean after themselves, participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home.
