Fallstr. 42 Zimmer: Es gibt 4 Zimmer - alle sind möbliert - und werden all inclusive vermietet. die Zimmer kosten: 10qm - 749€ - wird frei ab 1.1.26 15qm - 999€ 17 qm - mit Balkon 4qm - 1099€ (vermietet) Also frei wird das kleine Zimmer der WG mit im Preis Inbegriffen sind - alle Nebenkosten - Strom, Heizung, Wasser, etc. Ebenfalls inklusive sind: Internet - mit schnellem Wlan Zur Möblierung gehört für jedes Zimmer: 1 Bett - 1 Schrank - 1 Regal - 1 Schreibtisch - ein Stuhl Die Küche enthält: Herd - großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine Bei Fragen oder Interesse - gerne alles weitere per Mail! Lage Die öffentlichen sind nur ca. 3 min entfernt. Die Plinganser Str. ist nahe, aber kaum zu hören - sorgt aber für top Anbindung in die Stadt. Der Flaucher ist sehr nahe - geniales Areal, besonders für alle die die Isar und Grün mögen! Ansonsten gibt es sehr nahe einen Rewe Markt, sowie auch sonst alles, was man benötigt für den täglichen Bedarf. WG Üblicherweise werden die Zimmer gemietet von Studenten oder Young Professionals - zumeist Anfang 20. Ich habe keine Filter irgendwelcher Art, ausser seid bitte freundlich, zuverlässig und ordentlich. Alle Nationen und Geschlechter willkommen! Sonstiges: Die Kaution beträgt 1000€ diese muss regulär 4 Wochen vor Einzug gezahlt werden, oder so zeitnah wie möglich. Die Kaution dienst der Sicherheit der Miete, der Möbel sowie der Wohnung allgemein. Bei Auszug, wenn keine sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten offen sind, wird diese zurückgezahlt. The Plinganser Str. is close, but can hardly be heard - but it provides a great connection to the city. The Flaucher is very close - a great area, especially for those who like the Isar and greenery! Otherwise there is a Rewe market very close by, as well as everything else you need for your daily routine. Wg life: The rooms are usually rented by students or young professionals - mostly in their early 20s. I don't have any filters of any kind, other than please be kind, reliable and tidy. All nations and genders welcome! Miscellaneous: The deposit is 1000€ - this has to be paid 4 weeks before moving in, or as soon as possible. The deposit serves to secure the rent, the furniture and the apartment in general. When moving out, if no other liabilities are open, this will be repaid.
