Historic building from 1900 with modern vibes in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a raised ground-floor flat with 72,5 square meters. The apartment was completely rebuilt in (hidden), thus it is a new construction within an old building. It features underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The flooring is covered with marble tiles. The walls are insulated with a Multipor/lime plaster system, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Due to this insulation system, there is a strict no-smoking policy in this unit. The bathroom includes a very large walk-in shower and a 2 person bathtube. The windows are modern soundproof windows with electric shutters (timer possible). You get a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a combinded oven/microwave. Networked smoke detectors are installed in the building. The flat has a storage area (above the hallway) which can be accessed with a ladder. The main rooms (except hallway) are over 3m high. A parking space can be rented for €75 upon request. Pets are allowed upon inquiry. The big balkony is separated in the middle with a milk glass for use by two appartments. Electricity, Water and heating is included within normal use. Exessive use will be applicable to a extra charge. Heating will not work while windows are open.
