Large windows with blinds provide ample sunlight, and the lush garden outside almost extends into your room. You'll share this welcoming space with friendly and easy-going young student/professionals (20-30 years old, both girls and boys). We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska subway station, 1 minute walk from tram/bus stops in Puławska street (going to the centre and other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics - SGH (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (4 metro stations ), University of Warsaw / Warsaw University (30 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro), Kozminski University (direct tram No 18). The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Nearby amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well-equipped gyms, bike paths, several parks, cinema, shopping centers, various shops, all within walking distance. The price includes regular cleaning of shared areas, although each tenant is expected to contribute to maintaining cleanliness in the flat. Both girls and boys live in this flat, all young and nice people, mostly students. Fast internet is available to everybody here. Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home.
