The apartment comprises four bedrooms (one with two beds, accommodating a maximum of five girls). Our guests are primarily international students who appreciate the excellent location, the standard of the place, and the warm atmosphere. We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska subway station, 1 minute walk from tram/bus stops in Puławska street (going to the centre and other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics - SGH (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (4 metro stations ), University of Warsaw / Warsaw University (30 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro), Kozminski University (direct tram No 18). Top location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various periodic public events like a foodies' public picnic Breakfast Market (Targ Śniadaniowy) each Sunday in the park just 1 minute walk from the apartment (from Spring till Autumn). In summer - free-entry musical concerts in the nearby parks. Staying here you can enjoy convenient excellent public transport (metro, multiple buses and trams), and proximity to the centre, but still you can stay in this green, safe, peaceful and prestigious part of Warsaw called Upper Mokotów. Living here you are close to everything: shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, well equipped gyms, swimming pool, bike paths, cinema etc. - everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Kitchen is fully furnished : oven, microwave, cooker, electric kettle, basic kitchen utensils (pots, frying pans, cutlery, plates, glasses) etc. The room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real comfortable bed , big wardrobe, bookshelves, desk, chair. Cleaning of common areas such as the hall, kitchen, and bathrooms is included in the room price, conducted by a cleaning lady weekly. However, it's essential that each tenant cleans up after themselves while using the apartment. Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a peaceful and clean home. We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
