Recently built, well -maintained building. Furnished, with a private bathroom and a kitchen annex equipped with the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Equipped with a foldable sofa bed, a table with 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 big wardrobes, a kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils, like plates, cuttlery, a pot, a frying pan etc. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get to the Warsaw's centre with a bus or a tram - but you live close to a nature reserve forest, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm and quiet area - with kind and polite neighbours in this privately owned building. Apartment located on a 3rd floor. The building has an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles. Our tenants may spend time in the building's garden (in the back of the house) equipped with tables and chairs for your comfort.
