We offer multiple suites, each with a private bathroom and fully equipped with a TV, high-speed fiber optic internet (200 Mbps), heating, air conditioning, wardrobes, and, upon request, a desk and chair for computer use. Experience absolute comfort and tranquility 24/7, thanks to our high acoustic protection doors and windows with thermal glass and acoustic film, ensuring a restful stay at any hour. Our expansive kitchen, over 50 square meters, is fully equipped with the latest technology and appliances. It’s a favorite spot for our guests, perfect for making new friends, exploring diverse cultures, and sharing incredible international dishes and experiences. Simply unmissable! Guests have access to all common areas, including the main entrance hall, side patio entrance, and street gate. You can enjoy the kitchen and living/dining area, as well as a common service bathroom with private shower facilities available even after check-out or a visit to the beach.
